herbs

to those who has taken the nclex-PN, what were the herbs you've encountered on the exam, if any?

Each exam is different, some will have none and some will have about five. Or anywhere in between. Know your standard herbs, not only for the exam, but you should also know these for your patients' safety.

Most medications that we now use had their origination in herbs, the only difference is that they are notr regulated the same way, but can cause just as many problems, and can interfere with treatment plans for your patient.

Took mine last September and had no questions on herbs/herbal remedies.
