Hello,
i am supposed to write a paper and i do not know where to start.
The question is:
What are the physiological changes that affects visual and hearing in older adults. And also what healthcare or community resources do those clients have.
Pls help me, i don't know where to start.

Its not that difficult. What are the physiological changes in the elderly .. Theres a wealth of information in your textbook. Then just draw up some ideas from your community. My professor had us write a paper and use specific places in our community, and list the specific services they provide (ie if i lived in memory lane, memory lane library) . I dont know if your professor is requesting the same thing, sorry to say you have to do this one on your own.

there are actually textbooks that have this information in them, but i couldn't tell you what their names are. we had a textbook on elderly care in my nursing program years ago that i vaguely recall discussed these things. if you have access to a healthcare or medical library you might look for a textbook on geriatrics or geriatric assessment. i know these books exist.
presbyopia is loss of visual accommodation because of aging and presbycusia is the term for hearing loss due to aging. you could use those terms to search on the internet. some weblinks that might be helpful to look on are listed here: https://allnurses.com/forums/f205/medical-disease-information-treatment-procedures-test-reference-websites-258109.html
as with the description and discussion of any medical condition, i would organize the paper by starting with normal anatomy and physiology. then go into a step-by-step explanation of how vision and hearing change as aging occurs. each anatomical/physiological change generates a sign or symptom that a healthcare person can find during history taking or a physical examination. there are also specific tests that can be performed to discover the various deficits that occur. treatments are aimed at the symptoms in most cases. with the names of the actual conditions (i.e. presbycusia) you can go on sites like medline plus (http://www.medlineplus.gov/) and find the names of organizations that have public resources. after some research you might also go to your own city government offices and find out what kind of senior services are available to the residents in your own community. you might be surprised at what you learn.
good luck with your paper.

to the op you know the basics for what you want to write right so get a outline going . there are plenty of online sources to help you. check with the local libraries in the area a lot of them have online libraries they will let you access. you have 2 focus areas
visual - cataracts . glacoma ....glasses , correctional /maintenance eye drops.
hearing - some medications can reduce hearing, aging process , hearing aids
take your research and expand . i wish i had this paper... instead i am fixin to write over re- building iraq for my public admin class..want to trade..lol
