HELP W/ umdnj peronal statement

hello anyone and everyone outthere especially those who are enrolled in UMDNJ acc BSN. I am applying there right now I have a 3.3 GPA and i graduate at teh end of this year and I also have A's on all the pre req. WHAAT are my chances? ALSO I really need help with THE peronal statement as i have hears they pay a lot of attention to that can some one give me some ideas on how they did theirs AS i am a vivid writer and tend to go over board. ALSo what else do they look at when applying i plan to start in SPring 2011. Hopefully it works for me. PLzz hellllppp

Kaplan has a free course that goes over how to format you personal statement. Go to their website and click on the link to free events type in your zip code and see if there is one in your area. Good luck :)

I've been recently accepted and will be attending the UMDNJ summer term '10 so I may be of some help.The personal statement is a way to sell yourself in the application process, it can make or break your chance of getting in.

Theme I: Why do you want to become a nurse

Theme II: Why I am an exceptional person

Theme III: Why I am a qualified person to become a nurse

The admissions staff also wants to know that you can write at a competent college level, so proofread by all means.
