Hi!! I have been a labor n delivery nurse for 17 years. I have an MSN in nursing leadership and management, but what I really want is to be a CNM. Does anyone know what the best pathway would be to go from MSN to CNM?
I'd go through this list of all the ACME-accredited midwifery programs in the U.S., and start contacting ones that offer a post-master's certificate to see if your previous MSN would qualify you.
My MSN is also in management and leadership and when I wanted a clinical advanced degree, I just did a post-MSN certificate. Especially if you have the three Ps its pretty easy
