HELP!

Does anyone on here have any good tips in regards to getting a job straight out of school with no nursing experience? I have had no luck at all and I received my RN license in march. Please help me. Thank you in advance!

    Welcome!

    Depending on where you live and your degree...will influence getting a job. Some ports of the country have as high as a 47% unemployment rate/. THe average job hunt right now is 14-18 months in some areas. ((HUGS))

    Do you have other experience that you can word to translate to nursing? Wording can be everything. What about volunteer experience? Any associations you're a member of? Good references?
