I need help!!!!....I didn't pass my boards for the NCLEX - RN.... Do anyone have any study suggestions

The Saunders 5edition helped me. Go for it. Practice more questions and go over the rational .
Yea I gave that book and I'm also studying the hurst.... I did a lot of questions the first time...this time I will read the materials then do questions as I study...Thanks

If you can afford it (It's like $75 for 6 months) get Lippincott's NCLEX 10,000 (Prep U). There is a bunch of questions, can be sorted by subject, and the questions get harder as you move up. You can then review items you missed, and there is a detailed rationale for every question. I have done over 2500 questions on it already. Good luck :)

Hi Anna is that an online review? I will be taking my exam this coming Tuesday.
no, just questions. you can sort by section (OB, Peds, Psych, etc), or by the sections the NCLEX is divided into (Management of Care, Pharmacological and Parenteral Therapies, etc).
no problem! and definitely review content as well.
