Where can i get information such as; What is a bag bath, or what is the backrub propper technique ?

First of all welcome to allnurses. I think what you are looking for is a textbook on basic patient care for nursing assistants. You can find these textbooks in any major bookstore or online at ebay or half.com. Search under textbook nursing assistant. Good luck.

these are skills check lists. there is a procedure for how to do a back rub in there. it's titled "giving a back massage" and you'll have to scroll a little past half way down the document to get to it.
