I was 3 weeks into my CNA program and the state shut my school down. They cited financial reasons but I don't know the real story.
How do I get my money back. Ive already fillled out the complaint form. And does anyone know any CNA schools in Manhattan or Brooklyn that are cheap and maybe consider that i finished part of my CNA program?

Oh my, I am terribly sorry. Pursue a refund to the end. Can you contact the BON?
Good luck

Contact the BBB. The company may owe you a refund. A lawyer may also be needed. If you can get your classmates together, you guys may be able to get a class action going. Lawyers dig that kind of stuff.
Give them a chance to give you your money back first though.
BON= Board of Nursing.
Contact the New York BON.
gracias.
