Help with scholarship questions!

Hello all! I am trying to get a scholarship through my work and I'm stuck on some questions. I think I just a sounding board to get the creative juices flowing. They are as followed:

1. How would the receipt of this scholarship enhance your education success?

2. Describe how you plan to use your advanced education to improve the lives of patients

3. Provide an example of a time you had a significant impact on a patient's experience by putting the patient first.

I'm mostly stuck on the last one. I've had so many interactions with hundreds of patients by now it's hard to narrow it down. ANY ideas would be really appreciated.

#3 try to come up with something you did that improved patient satisfaction, patient safety, etc. they are asking about patient centered care. Good luck

It asks how did you put the patient first..like skipped lunch or BR because my patient needed xyz , or the unit was busy with an emergency and as you walked past you noticed xyz....so you stopped and helped even though it was not technically you patient...
