HELP! how to renew my RN license in Illinois from the Philippines

please help me on how to renew my license in Illinois even i'm currently staying here in the Philippines. I processed my NCLEX-RN endorsement from california to illinois two years ago through an agency but now i want to process my license renewal by my own through mail hoping that it would not be as costly as through an agency. i really need someone to help me regarding on how can I download and application form for my license renewal, the renewal fee, and the requirements that i need to submit. i do not have a Pin or an SSN yet because i'm still here in the philippines.

If i can not renew my license on time, will my file be destroyed by the BON and that i must take and pass the NCLEX-RN exam again?

Did they actually give you a license? Or was it that you passed boards?

yes ma'am they gave me a license as registered professional nurse issued by the state of illinois department of financial and professional regulation division of professional regulation. i've read the link that you've posted but i don't have a credit card / ssn. i want to process my license renewal pay the renewal fee or any fee through mail hoping that it would not be as costly as processing through an agency but i really do not know how. i really need your help. thank you.

If you do not have a SSN and the state requires it (as per federal regulations all states are to require SSN to issue/renew professional licenses) then you are ineligible to renew. An agency cannot circumvent that requirement (though I'm sure they would be happy to take your money). There is no workaround.

Did you receive a renewal notification? That is how you obtain a PIN. Otherwise contact IDFPR for assistance with no social security number.
