Help pre nursing student and had urine analysis done and don't know if it's normal sorry I

please view the attachment with my urinalysis value I don't know if to read it as negative for example Leukocyte in urine -75?? Please help I have anxiety issues. The doctor did tell me I will be following up but that there is sugar in my urine, I'm not going to lie I've lost about 24 ponds throughout this summer and winter not in a real healthy way. I was starving when this was took.
