Help Please!! APA format for personal statement letter?

I'm applying to University Southern Alabama AG-PCNP program and I just want to know if anyone used the standard APA format for their personal statement letter?

Specializes in Hospitalist Medicine.
Did you include Title Page and Abstract in your letter?

I had a title page (with running header & page number), introduction, 3 supporting sections, and a conclusion (with header, page numbers & in-text citations) and a reference page. The essay was 2 pages (due to double-spacing required for APA), 4 pages total with title page & reference page. An abstract would not be appropriate for a personal essay.

The 3 support sections are used to answer the questions they want you to address. The paper pretty much wrote itself. Don't stress too hard over it.
