Hi everyone!
I'm in a bit of a bind and need your help. I need to complete an online microbiology course that is self paced in order to begin a program that will start in January. I know it will take more than a few weeks to complete but I'm pretty sure I will be allowed to start the program as long as I only have a few weeks left to complete micro bio. I was registered for the BYU online distance learning that allows you to complete the course as quickly as you can. HOWEVER, they don't offer the lab and I had to drop it. I found a program through CALTECH but they offer a 3 credit course and I'm not sure if their 'honor system' (no proctored exams) will be accepted.
Does anyone know of any distance learning microbiology courses that are self paced? I have looked into University of Nebraska, BYU, Caltech, CCC and a program in Rio Salado that I've seen mentioned. Anyone have any other suggestions?
Thank you so very much!

I have just enrolled in BIOL 232 DL1 Microbiology at Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey. They have a very user friendly online courses. Even if you pay their "out of county rate" they are a real bargain.

You need to complete it in 15 weeks and they would like you to do things on a weekly basis. However, they will work with you if you have a special need. I had a friend who took their online A&P I course over the summer and they worked around her two week vacation to England.
Thanks
