HELP~ Newly Registered Nurse

just got my degree last May 2010, I'm from the Philippines and I was wondering is which is the way to go? suggestions and comments are much appreciated~

-Already got my BLS and ACLS, IV training

-Will be doing IELTS and other req~

1. Will have my hospital training here in the philippines then wait for a job as a staff nurse then after 3yrs apply to other countries abroad.

2. Will train here for 6months (no work exp) then apply for a job in other countries abroad..

3. Will get a visa and get trained in other countries abroad. and hoping to get hired after the training. (This option was because it is hard to land a job here in the philippines as a nurse, it is currently overstaff here)~

What do you guys think? any suggestions? :yeah:

i think try to get a nsg job there which i know is hard. prerequisite in applying abroad in experience.
