Tim Porter-O'Grady's article "Profound Change" is always a great topic http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0029655401572541Or shared governance? Differences between leadership and management? What is the best leadership style for nursing? Horizontal violence in the workplace? Just a few thoughts...
ItsyBitsySpider, BSN, RN 241 Posts Specializes in Peds ER. Apr 4, 2005 I did mine last month on Nurses' Unions. I found a ton of information and I was the only one who chose that topic. After the 2nd day of hearing the same topics presented over and over it got really boring. Just an idea if you want to try it.
