Help! Need info bout nj to ny reciprocity...

Hello everyone,

My name is Johanna and I am from NJ. I was just wondering if anyone went through the process of reciprocity from nj to ny and what it is that you have to do. I was also wondering how long it would take. I looked at the ny office of proff. website and it seems confusing almost. If neone can help with my simple question, i would be terribly grateful. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!

The process is called "licensure by endorsement", not reciprocity. I believe you need to fulfil NY's requirements including getting the CVS report (report on your education and licensure) from CGFNS. Maybe try going to the International forum and posting the question to "Suzanne4", as she knows all this stuff?
