HELP.. nclex California

hi...

i need help... i am not from america... i want to apply and take nclex CA but on the application it is mandatory to have an SSN??

well since i am not from USA, i don't have a SSN?

so what do i do?? I really really need help... thanks

I answered your pm. You need a SSN# to be issued a CA license but not to take the NCLEX for California. You will be issued a letter that states that you passed, but not an actual license until you have received a job offer and the immigration procedure is completed.

If you read the stickies at the top of the International forum, you will see that I do not recommend CA for initial licensure for a foreign trained nurse.
