I would check specifically with the Boards of Nursing for the states that you are covering, but I would be very surprised if you would need the aadditional licensure, as you are providing case management services and by phone, you are not doing direct patient care in a facility.
Even for flight nurses that have to go into other states, they are usually covered under their "normal" license.

I am concerned about licensing issues. I am a FL and NC licensed RN in work comp case mgt. I am a telephonic case mgr. My concern is I am assigned other states. Do I have to be licensed in SC, KY and VA to provide case management?
