Help I didn't save a study document

I found a great study document I think here and didn't save it...does anybody recognize a document that has the following information: (I'm not sure if this is the actual first page or not as they are not number; but it is the top of my page)

DO NOT delegate what you can EAT!

E - evalutate

A - assess

T - Teach

addisons = down, down, down , up down

cushings = up up up down up

If you have any ideas please let me know....it's very long and trying to retype would take for ever....

Thanks :yeah::yeah::yeah:

I definitely recommend to skim through the study guide lilmith posts (http://www.scribd.com/doc/25855834/Nclex-Study-Guide).

I just took NCLEX-RN on Saturday. I read the study guide a couple of times on the day before exam.

At the exam, many of questions are from this study guide! I should have read the study guide more carefully! I finished at 85 questions and got the good pop up. I am still nervous till I get the result.

I suggest people who will take the NCLEX-RN to READ THE STUDY GUIDE! It will help you a lot!
