Have you tried Central Arizona College? They are located in Apache Junction. I took my CNA class through them last Spring because MCC was full.

The number is 480-860-9552. The company is Medical Service Group. The class is taught by an RN and from my understanding she teaches or used to teach for the CC RN program. She sounded very nice when I spoke with her on the phone. I got the number from the AZ Board of Nursing website for CNA programs. -- From a previous post of mine.

I just spoke with her and it looks like she will have a class starting soon. It is about 7 weeks and part-time, 2 nights and Sat/Sun for skills. She said the cost is $550.

Specializes in OB-Gyn/Primary Care/Ambulatory Leadership.

Many local hospitals offer CNA training courses, as do some larger nursing homes.

Also check with SWSC at estrella mountain CC. They start CNA classes every 6w.

Pima Medical Institute for about $500 located in Mesa.

Check out all the community college. Good luck
