Help! I missed orientation because I was robbed

Does anyone know if it would still be possible for me to be a CSUEB nursing student if I missed orientation? I was robbed on my way to bart... thanks

i'm sure if you call and tell them your situation they would understand.. speak to them about it, we can only guess what they would say about it

Yes, I did make a police report and I have a copy of it...

Your school should understand especially since you have a police report as proof. I had to miss my first orientation due to a death in the family that happened about 5000 miles away from my school. They understood I wasn't going to be able to make it back in time and they were wonderful about it. I must say I love my school very much. If anyone gives you any guff, especially since you have proof, I would take it up with the dean, but really they should understand. It was out of your control. HTH!

Thank you everyone for the hopeful wishes, I am just so worried because I have everything riding on this program... I have a baby girl I need to support and I am taking custody of my 13 year old brother.
