I wanted to know how to open a residential home in California for the elderly
where do I go?
how much money does it cost?
should i buy a home or rent?
do banks offers loans for this type of business?
Is it hard to do this type of work ?
Where do you get the elderly from?
how much do the elderly pay ?

You don't really seem to have done much background research on your own expect for coming up with an idea.
Maybe when you have more solid questions you'll get more of a response

I would start looking at the state agencies to see what requirements are needed for elderly housing.
Are you talking assisted living?
Skilled Nursing?
Or a rooming house?
Then check with the city what rules local rules are regulations, then put together a business plan.
