Help! How do I weigh 25 babies quickly?

I work on Mother/baby unit and I have to take vital signs on 25 moms and then turn around and weigh 25 babies. It takes me hours because people want things in between. How can I get the babies weighed quicker? It takes too long to undress with all these layers they are dressed in and then redress them. Any tips would be appreciated!!

Darn, you beat me to it!! That was my first thought, also, pile 'em all on the scale together and divide by 25.

instead of undressing them have them wear the same onesie, hat and diaper. Weigh the onesie, hat and diaper to find out their weight write it down and post it next to the NB scale.. Then after a diaper change weight the dressed Newborn. Take that weight you got w/baby and minus the weight from the hat onesie and diaper you weighed before. This is the baby's weight. This way the baby stays warm, you quickly can weigh the child and a diaper change is done. Three necessary newborn care NI's initiated in an efficient manner.
