what hospital do you work at that allows ADN's to work? In Massachusetts and surrounding states you have to have a BSN to work in a hospital.

How many sata did you get in A row? I usually got two in a row then on to another HARD multiple choice. I passed w76 questions that had 19 SATA. Anither friend passed and inly had three SATA. So you can pasa and not have many SATA.

Before you make this decision may I suggest getting a job as a Nurse's assistant /patient care technician/ medical assistant in the hospital first. Then you can get a better view of the hospital setting and what job you hope to advance to. As far as non nursing jobs in the hospital there is Physicians assistant Respiratory therapist, Physical therapist, Occupational therapist,social worker, xray tech Phlebotomist, lab tech,

instead of undressing them have them wear the same onesie, hat and diaper. Weigh the onesie, hat and diaper to find out their weight write it down and post it next to the NB scale.. Then after a diaper change weight the dressed Newborn. Take that weight you got w/baby and minus the weight from the hat onesie and diaper you weighed before. This is the baby's weight. This way the baby stays warm, you quickly can weigh the child and a diaper change is done. Three necessary newborn care NI's initiated in an efficient manner.
