HELP with HESI A2 at Baton rouge community college

I am taking the Baton Rouge Community College nursing admission exam in March. I have been studying for months and I am very nervous about the test. If anyone has taken the test at BRCC, I would LOVE some help. I have the book and I have studied it nonstop for months now. We only have to take the math, vocabulary, reading, and grammar part of the HESI. If anyone has taken the HESI and can give me some advice on how to prepare for the vocabulary section, I would greatly greatly appreciate it. I am so nervous, I literally never stop thinking about it. Any tips or help would be so helpful. I have a 4.0 and I really would love to score at least a 90 on each section of the test. The amount of people applying is so outrageous, and it makes it very competitive. Thanks for the help.

How many people? At least 300. And several have 4.0. Im terrified. I'm praying and studying and that's all I can do. Hopefully I do good on the hesi and make it in for August. They only accept 60. So it's super competitive. Are you applying this semester?

Oh wow! And yes I'm applying this semester. A lot of students don't know that BRCC takes there students who have completed all of there pre reqs at BRCC first. I'm going to continue to study, pray, and do the best I that I can do on it. Good Luck!! And I'm using a Hesi A2 app. It helps a lot!

Omg I'm taking my exam next week and I hear the math portion is mainly fractions, ratios, and conversions. I also heard that the vocabulary portion is mainly only half of the words that's in the book from the bookstore. Good Luck to all of us!!

Hi, did you take the hesi yet? I took mine and got an 88%, i pray that is good enough to get accepted into BRCC nursing this year. I know so many people who got 90's on the hesi. Everyone in my a&p class got over a 90. I am so nervous, but i trust that God will take care of me and give me favor.
