I took the nclex two hours ago and the last time i took it I got the cc info to reregister this time I get the error " the candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be completed at this time" the last time i took the test i failed and i am hoping it is so different this time. Please answer me

The answer you put was correct but the answer eat right for your age group is MORE correct. In Saunders review it discusses an "Umbrella" answer. An umbrella answer is one that is VERY general. So eating right for your age group is very general. The one you put is very specific. What makes the general answer correct is because it encompasses the other answer (its so broad that it covers everything, like an umbrella). So in your case eating protein and Vit A is just "one" part of eating right for that age group. Remember the most basic answer is sometimes good enough, dont always have to be too specific. Dont know if Im making sense.

The NCSBN (the folks that write the NCLEX tests) have review courses you can take. It might help to take something like a comprehensive review where you are getting feedback that can help you pinpoint your weak points. Also, 99% of NCLEX success is knowing how to take the actual NCLEX test. It mostly doesn't make sense, but you have to learn to think like they do.
