HELP City Tech or KBC

Published

I need help deciding between city tech of Kingsborugh. I live in BK and would like to know if anyone knows the GPA requirements for admission into the clinical section of either of these two schools and what NLN score is needed. Also wanted to know how are the professors because lets face it some professors are better than others. If anyone is in either of these programs I would truly appreciate your input.

I am actually a current student at City Tech, and i really don't know what to think about their program. For me personally it was pretty easy to get in. You need to take 4 pre-requisite courses, which are Math 275, English 101, Anatomy and Physiology 1, and Psychology 101, and if you can pull off at least a 3.3 in those four courses, and pass the entrance exam, you are almost guaranteed to get in. When it comes to the professor, there is one who is just the best, she treats students as if they were her own kids, she really cares for them. The program is reaaaaally hard tho, lots of students are either failing, dropping out, or being dismissed from the program. Their graduation rate is less than 50 % so you can figure it out for yourself.
