Help: CGFNS-CES for Second Courser

hello to all!

i'm a second courser rn here in the philippines.

kindly help me in filling up my ces form.

what will i write in the post-secondary non-professional programs?

should i write my first course here? do i have to write all schools attended including

masterals?

i'm hoping that you can help me with this problem of mine. thanks and god bless.

i think someone already asked that question and had received alot of responses. i was one of them. use the search tab, i believe it will give you what you are looking for.

Are you sure? I've been searching before I posted my problem and I am using the tag "cgfns + ces" but still I can't find the answer to my question so I did post my query. If you happen to know the link of that kindly share it to me please. Thank you for your response, It serves a great help to me.

Do I have to send a "Request for Academic Records Form" to my school in college where I earned my first course which is not a healthcare related? How about the school where I attended my masteral program (also not a healthcare related), do I have to send a "Request for Academic Records Form" too?

It is written in the CGFNS-CES handbook, Item 12: Education "Send a copy of the "Request for Academic Records Form" to each school listed.

I hope somebody can help me.
