Hi everyone! ive been worried about my CGFNS CES application because my school have already sent the Transcript validation and i tracked it which has arrived last January 31, its been 2 weeks now and i've been waiting for the email notification and checking the status many times but still saying WAITING TO BE RECIEVE ? does anyone of you guys had encounter this kind of situation or this is really normal process time? because when PRC sent my license validaation i recieved an email notification right away from CGFNS that they have already recieved it. and now ive been wondering what happeend to my transcript validation form? because this is the only last document they need from me to be evaluated. im so worried because its been 5mos now since i started CES evaluation for Oregon state. Thank you so much and looking forward for your replies :)))
Oh wow! Congratulations for getting your CES done. :)
That's great that you have experience last 5 years, and yes I heard they counted that. Oh and yes If you guys are planning to settle down in west coast Its better to try Oregon then :) and about the Cali, it's true because I have my families there and a lot of Filipinos I cant wait to visit there again, but yes I understand about the concurrency issue for us international nurses. Yes hopefully one day they would let us practice in different states (finger cross). XD
Japan is great, we're in southern part of Japan (Okinawa) It's a small beautiful island where people are very nice :). about the cost of living, they do have some expensive stuff but it's actually worth it because its made in Japan lol and I prefer to grocery off base because some of their products are actually better than other commissary products =). Are you guys haven't try overseas yet? It's a good experience to be here and it's near in PI.
Good luck to us and to all the applicants as well. :)

My husband was stationed in Guam for 4years but im still in PI then for petition.. and now hes planning to go back in Guam again which much near in PI and very affordable tickets hehe. he will request an early sea duty this year so we can go back in Guam but all our friends in san diego requested Guam but end up in Japan and told us that its too expensive there thats why im worried whats gonna happen haha
by the way do you work there? wishing you goodluck too on your nursing career and godbless you :)
I hope you and your husband to get the Guam then :) About working here, that's the bad part being here because I only have choice on base not off base (need to learn how to speak nihonggo ) and on base they usually looking for American citizens, I'm still waiting for my green card to expire next year so I can start the process for the citizenship, hopefully by the time I get my citizenship I am hoping to be a Registered Nurse as well so I can start looking for a nursing related job on base. Good luck to you as well! :) God bless.

yeah its true im just lucky to have more than 960hours of experience in the last 5 years so they will still consider it even if you were graduated for more than 3 years ago... as much as possible i dont want to go to the other side haha thats why im still trying to find state here in west coast and still hoping cause my husband wants to stay and settle down in California which is for me a very good place for us filipinos but not for nurses. i love california though but i still need to study
but still im hoping someday that they would open a door for us non-us grads to continue our career in any state... by the way hows japan? i heard that its too expensive to live there?
