Help! Cgfns ces documents still waiting to be recieved :(

Hi everyone! ive been worried about my CGFNS CES application because my school have already sent the Transcript validation and i tracked it which has arrived last January 31, its been 2 weeks now and i've been waiting for the email notification and checking the status many times but still saying WAITING TO BE RECIEVE ? does anyone of you guys had encounter this kind of situation or this is really normal process time? because when PRC sent my license validaation i recieved an email notification right away from CGFNS that they have already recieved it. and now ive been wondering what happeend to my transcript validation form? because this is the only last document they need from me to be evaluated. im so worried because its been 5mos now since i started CES evaluation for Oregon state. Thank you so much and looking forward for your replies :)))

Hello DianaBG10!

This is based on my experienced, when I tracked my documents and it says they received it (the CGFNS), they actually wait for like 3 weeks until they review the documents so my advice just stay patient and keep checking your status. :) Good luck!

in oregon state.. i've been stuck here since i got here in US last2 year because ive been denied by CABON. im still not losing hope to continue this career... how bout you?

I have my application submitted in Florida but I'm currently overseas with my husband being in military. Are you from Philippines as well? I heard about the concurrency issue in CA and in other states that's why I choose FL and also we're planning to get stationed in FL after our contract here.

Oh no! don't lose hope, there's a bright future waiting for us after these struggles. Just keep going and always pray as well. Are you starting your review now?

CALL THEM!! These people couldn't care less how their laziness affects people's lives. They sit on their hands for weeks and weeks unless you call them and email them asking them to check their files.

yeah im from philippines too.. we just moved here in washington last year from san diego.. my husband is in military too and hes gonna try to file an early sea duty so we can move overseas spe. guam which is near in PI.. CA wants me to reapeat all my major subjects and duties and thats way too much for me :((( im gonna try florida if im not illegible to take the exam again in Oregon cause i have friends that took 2 mos before they got their illegibility.. i can't study right now cause i dont wanna waste time being denied many times which gonna prolong studying and get bored at the end esp. if i dont have any assurance that i may be approve to take the exam.. its gonna be the 3rd week waiting for cgfns confirmation and im so anxious waiting for this long thinking how long it will take and what happened to my documents sent by my school... :(((( Let just try and try haha God will make a way for us..Godbless on your journey...by the way which country are you right now?

thank you! i tried to email them and still no reply from them :( i read from the other blogs that they dont have good customer service and took so long to answer their hotline? is it true?

Yes, my first application expired due to them taking too long verifying my documents. I had to pay to get my application re-opened. That's why you have to call them, not email. And take down names with employee ID numbers when you talk to someone.

Oh that's good to know that your husband is in military too. We are stationed in Japan. Oh yea Guam is near in pi as well. Btw about the Oregon I think they are requiring for a clinical experience or refresher if the applicant was graduated more than 3 years (not too sure though but make sure to check everything before you pay for the application) :).

i just got my CES REPORT issued yesterday but they put my old address though ! i didnt expected to be this early after they accepted my transcript! PRAISE THE LORD! now hoping for Oregon state approval! Thank you guys for your help :))
