Help with care plans! nursing diagnosis.

Hi need some help please!!

My patient is diagnosed with strangulated inguinal hernia repair, and I need to get a nursing diagnosis related to either nutrition/fluids or oxygenation/circulation. I have having a difficult time please help!:crying2:

Maybe inadequate nutrition or impaired tissue perfusion

I would say dehydration (fluid balance) due to the fact that your patient is probably NPO.
