Help! I am so upset, frantic, that I cannot remember 6 lab values for a test on Monday. I can usually remember things, but I guess numbers is not one of them. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it easy to remember numbers for these? I studied and studied off and on for 2 days, nothing is sticking!

The first set of these is daunting but you will get them due to sheer repetition. Try this:
Make 6 flash cards with the name on one side and the value on the other. Go through them. Each time you get one right, put it in the "Right" pile. Each time you get one wrong, put it in the "Wrong" pile.
Keep going through them until you consistently create one pile. (Hopefully the right one)

When I was almost four, my mom taught me our phone number and address to the tune of twinkle twinkle little star and, as silly as it might sound, I've used that tune to memorize other numbers
Through the years. ...or any other tune.

Do the values have any relationship to one another? I've found that learning values grouped in a fishbone gives me a visual to work with, as well as the numbers:

Carry them around with you where ever you go.
It works for me, maybe it will help you ?
