What type of help are you looking for? Do you want us to answer these questions? For homework? Help you prepare for an interview?
They look like standard interview questions
These are situational and behavioral type questions. When answering if your answer feels like a negative....like have you been burned out in nursing/what did you do about it....if you have talk about what you learned. How you grew as a nurse
Help me prepare for interview just some examples of what to say and not
Practice
Have someone read you the questions and practice answering them.
Always come prepared to ask them questions.....search the threads here about interview questions and questions to ask during an interview. There are many many threads to search from and glen information from in regarding interviews

Maybe you should write out some of your answers and ask for feedback about those specific answers.
