Hello and welcome to the site
Few things you need to be aware of
1) You are not applying for NCLEX but licensure to be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is part of that process.
2) Retrogression is in progress at the moment and you are looking at 5 years plus before getting a visa to work in the US (current on dates being processed of Oct 2002) Maybe worth looking at another country for the time being
If you go to the Vermont nursing board of nursing website you can find all documents and information required to go through with your application. Would also suggest a good read in this forum as much has been written. If you use the SEARCH facility and use Vermont as keyword you will find a few threads which will help you also.
