Hello From North Carolina-need advice

:rolleyes: Hello everyone! I am a RN in NC and I am working in Winston-Salem. I am originally from Delaware. I am Calling all RNs in NC and Delaware with knowledge on the following question:

I am dissatisfied with where I am working and I have a contract with the hospital where I am working for two more years because they paid for my eduation. What hospitals in NC or Delaware would pay off my contract to relocate elsewhere? Calling all nurses from NC and Delaware! Thanks so much! If I can be of support to nurses out there having a difficult time, I have been there too in a short time and I am a good listener too.:mad:
