Moved this to the Massachusetts forum for you, you get more responses.
To start a new thread, go to the opening page of the forum where you wish to post, at the upper left hand corner, there is a box that says new thread, just click on there.
++++ But please do a search first, there may be a thread already on the same topic.

The local skilled nursing facilities often advertise jobs with mother's hours. check www.boston.com and check the jobs there.
Also most SNFs do offer weekend incentive programs. Look at Healthsouth, Braintree and New England SInai Hospital, they would welcome your experience. Alex
