What's up ya'll? I was wondering if anyone has had experience using an outside recruiter to find a job? I was approached the other day and just wanted to find out what others thought about using their services. Any info would be greatly appreciated:cheers:

I was contacted by an outside recruiter who found me the job I have now, and I am forever grateful to her.

A private nurse recruiter got me all set up with a job 2000 miles away. She set up the phone interview, helped me with plane tickets, told me where to go, etc, etc. She was so, so helpful. I hope she got a big commission!

In most cases I wouldn't think this would be necessary unless you are seeking a high level management position. Most of us have no problems finding our own jobs. Just another expense I believe. I do as much for myself as I can. Save money and time that way.
