When I interviewed with Healthsouth, it was not a true interview. The CNO (chief nursing officer) did most of the talking, asked me very few questions, and made me a job offer.
You might be asked, "What is it about rehab that interests you?" or "Why do you want to work in rehab?" or "What do you like about Healthsouth?"
Some of the Healthsouth CNOs (chief nursing officers) are very willing to hire new grads, while others prefer experienced nurses. It all depends on the CNO and the HR team at the particular location where you apply.hey question, how did you land that interview or did they have job post asking for new grads because i talked with a recruiter and she said they weren't looking for new grads currently

I applied online and they were very detailed in their questions about licensure status... so I clicked the box that I have graduated and am awaiting licensure results...plus myresume states that I am clearly a GN so they know for sure that I am a new grad awaiting to take NCLEX...
I am in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and the particular facility that employs me readily hires new grads. In fact, they just hired one who has GN status.I applied online and they were very detailed in their questions about licensure status... so I clicked the box that I have graduated and am awaiting licensure results...plus myresume states that I am clearly a GN so they know for sure that I am a new grad awaiting to take NCLEX...

that is promising! I've applied many places and I am willing to work pretty much anywhere and work myself up to where I want to be, I just need someone to give me a chance so I can prove myself!
