Health Safety Exam

Good day everyone,

I'm currently studying to take Health safety exam and plan to take the exam next week.

Has anyone recently taken the exam? Or is planning to take the exam?

How was it? How many questions where asked?

Did the Excelsior practice exam help?

I'm so anxious about the exam.

I will appreciate any information that will help.

The exam content guide from the college has the number of questions in it -- somewhere around page 3. Make sure you study the practice exams, I always found the rationales to be helpful. How did you score on those?

I was going to link my thread about the health safety exam however when I went through my activity I realized that I actually didn't make one for health safety. Im not sure why but I guess i forgot. Anyways Is this your first Excelsior exam? if not you will find that it is very similar to other excelsior exams. If it is your first excelsior exam I would recommend you do the Transitions exam first. I know excelsior doesn't require you to complete all the exams in a row but I found it is helpful as the information you learn builds upon itself. Going back to the health safety I believe it was 135 questions with some being designated as research questions (it doesn't tell you which ones are the research ones so do the best you can on every question) If im stumped on a question and have to guess I like to tell myself that it was a research question ;) The practice exam will help you identify your weak areas and give you a good concept of how the exam will go. I thought this was one of the easier exams with a lot of focus being on, you guessed it safety. When in doubt pick the safest answer. Oh and also make sure you have a firm grip on what UAP(unlicensed assistive personnel can do)

This is my first exam with Excelsior and don't know what to expect. I did fairly on the practice exam in the content guide. I'm still to buy the practice exam from excelsior.

I'm planning to take health safety in 3 weeks, any suggestions? Im using excelsior practice exams and studygrp 101.

I used study group101, EC practice exams, and got an A on health safety.
