Anyone out there going to be starting Health Promotion on 4/8? Or anyone already completed Health Promotion and willing to share tips?
Hi! I'll be taking Health Promo as well. Both books look great. I think I'll read the exercise book, might be the swift kick I need to get back into the gym haha. Good Luck to us all for the next 5 weeks.
If it's the "Move Yourself" book that they used a few classes ago, that's a good read--fast and not too complicated.
Any idea home questions will be on the quizzes? Guess the first one will be a learning experience. Going to watch Freedom Writers later this evening. Hope I don't fall asleep after working last night and not sleeping too much today.
hi rosemary,
watched freedom writers on Tues night. i was surprised bec it wasn't a bad movie at all. guess the whole point is journaling and its importance for change.
i don't know anything about the quizzes. i thought i heard prof. ***** say in the video lecture that we will have all the time we need.....maybe i made that up. anyone else hear that?

Freedom writers was good, but I don't think that it was the journaling that made those kids do so great, I do believe that it was the teacher :)
I also heard that we have as much time as we needed, but it does say 70 minutes when you go into the quiz.
