According to the Health One website average starting wage is around $23/hr + differential (couldn't find anything that said what the diff is or anything specific to new grads).
You can get the number for the HR department and nurse recruiters on the website, your best bet would probably be to call and ask :) http://www.healthonecares.com/
Best of luck to you!

I am a new grad who just got hired in the healthone network. New grad starting pay is 21.58 hr. that is the bottom rung base pay. Previous clinical experience can help and bump up.
Hope that helps!

Hi Emily, I was just looking at Sky Ridge for job opprotunities. I am set to graduate with my ADN, RN this December. Do you have your BSN? Or do they hire ADNs? Thanks!!
Im not sure about the pay for ADN, and Im sure they will hire as well. I have my BSN. I start next week. But the HR dept told me that all of the Healthone networks are the same in the pay scales.
Personally, I had a hard time talking to anyone in any of the hospitals here. I REALLY recommend starting to apply everywhere right now. Although there are a lot of positions, no one wants new grads.
Hope that helps a little!!!
