Health care jobs

Published

Hi,

If you were not going to school to be a nurse. Or if it was not financially and realistic.(time, location, salary etc) What other choice in health care field would you have chosen? Why?

Thanks I really appreciate it.:redbeathe

If I weren't going to be a nurse, I would probably go back and get a job as a patient registrar.

Specializes in acute care.

CNA/Tech in a hospital that would help pay for me to go to school to work on my nursing degree.

Specializes in critical care, PACU.

social worker, occupational therapist, resp therapist

Any other allied health program that was available. These don't cost less than nursing school but don't have as many applicants.

If money was an issue then I'd go the cna, pct route.

Specializes in Pedi Rehab,Pediatrics, PICU.

OB/GYN...Always wanted to be one since I was 5. Now I'm looking at WHNP/CNM

Specializes in None.

Probably a therapist
