Health&Nutrition... what can I expect?

Hello! So I'm taking 4 classes this semester which I'm pretty confident about, but the nurses at my job are telling me it's not an easy class. Are they just trying to scare me or is it a heavy load?

I'm not sure if it's the same as the Nutrition class I just finished up, but if it's similar, it was a very easy class for me. I got a 97. If you know basic chemistry and some anatomy and physiology, you'll be well prepared for it.

My nutrition class was online, and I found it to be pretty easy. we learned about basic things like carbs, fats and proteins. We also learned about different nutrition diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. We also talked about nutrition at the different life stages.

Nutrition was one of the easiest classes I've ever taken. That said, I did enter it with established nutritional knowledge, so there was not much taught that I didn't already know. That may have contributed to the simplicity of it.

Also, keep in mind, different instructors have different teaching styles and different work loads. For example, my micro class was one of the most labor intensive of my college career, not because of the material itself (which I found fascinating), but because of the workload. We had 5 different group research project and presentations. Writing multiple 10-15 page papers with a group of people made that class hell for me. But it was entirely due to the instructor and work load, if that makes sense.
