head-to-toe assessments?

Anyone know of any good (& free) head-to-toe assessment videos or web sites? Our instructors preformed one in front of us, but that is not enough. Our evaluation is next week and it determines if we stay in the program. I am VERY nervous. Any info would be great.

I'm not sure of any free books or sites, but usually if you just study a bit you should be just fine! I know that nursing school is so nerve racking and scary...but just calm your nerves and do your best!

Try doing an internet search on "head to toe nursing assessment" and you'll find a lot of information.

I cannot believe that you have to do an assessment after seeing only one! We have until Dec. to do one and are spending hours getting ready for it and memorizing how to do it. Our computer lab has a video made by the school that is excellent. When we test, we will be given one have to complete it, so it is very thorough.

Keep your nose in your assessment book! You can do this!

HI mimommyof3, to answer your question, I have an whole range of assessment videos on my computer that I can email you if you are interested. There are a lot of files included in the head to toe assessment so i dont know if you would be able to watch all of the videos in time.

Hi,
