Does anyone have a head injury protocol they are willing to share? Time frame for staff to alert the nurse? When to alert the MD?

I can't link right now but look at the NFL or any of the youth sports organizations. Such as little league, USA lacrosse, pee wee football. All have concussion/head injury protocols that are very specific and designed for lay coaches with basic first aid.

I did read the cdc. Loads of info to write a protocol but I'm hoping for an easier way out, lol. I'm getting a little tired of writing these.
What about the PECARN algorithm? Does anyone use that?
I think my sons league has a step by step algorithm. I will post later.
