I know it's a little early but I submitted my application today for the Spring 2014 ADN program at Houston Community College! Who else is applying for the Spring 2014 start?

Does anyone know if we have to worry about anything else before class starts? Like CPR certification, background check, etc.? Or is that later in December?

I think all of those things aren't required until later in the semester. What I would like confirmed is the textbook info. I have the info for what the summer classes used, I just want to know "for sure" that this is the same textbook we'll use.

I sent the professor an e-mail asking about the book a while back but no response yet. I'm hesitant to get the textbook but I'm sure that Amazon would give me a refund if needed.

I looked it up under the bookstore by class number and it shows what is needed. I am going up there Tuesday morning to get my student ID since I just transferred there. I will try to confirm what the bookstore has listed is correct.

Hi,

I submitted my application for the Spring ADN program on July 5th. I haven't seen an acceptance letter yet, however I did receive an email today advising me to register for Pharmacology class(which I already took last Spring). I replied letting ***** know that I already took that class and asked about the acceptance letter but haven't heard back just yet. Does this mean I've been accepted into the program or will I receive a separate notification?

Acceptance letters probably won't go out until the end of the fall semester for Spring 2014. It is based off how well you do in Pharm. if you have already taken it then you may be in for a long wait. Not sure.

Yes I went to the book store with a copy of my class schedule and they told me what I needed. They have it in a package deal either with a 1 yr or 2 yr subscription for the EDose software. Get ready to drop some cash =0

Is it a text book with some lab manual? and did you get the 1yr or 2 yr for Edose?
