HCA Regional StaRN ICU 2023

Hello! 
Anyone that accepted the verbal offer from Regional walk ins interview for ICU/ other unit that will start on April 24th, 2023 got their official offer letter yet?? I was told that no one receives the official offer letter yet and the deadline will be April 7th... Anyone have a different information? Thank you!

Have you heard anything yet? I got an email last Friday about a Zoom interview for Good Sam ER and had it on Monday. 
the program is only a little over two weeks out so I was a little confused. 
Was the deadline for applying/interviewing April 7?

Yahh I reached out to 2 recruiters to find answers and turns out they already sent out all the offers for ICU regional last week.. the recruiter asked me if I wanted to interview for ICU at goodsam so I did that yesterday. April 7th is the deadline to send all offers so you'll know if you get in or not by then ? Did you hear anything back from ED? Good luck to you too!

So if you don't get in they don't send you a letter? I feel like they should at least tell you even if it's a no!? 

I haven't heard anything back and I asked the recruiter when I would know by and they didn't reply to me haha 

I feel like my interview went OK but now I'm just sitting here stressing the hell out wanting to know!! 
Also don't you feel like Good Sam did interviews SO late?! I was so confused when I got the email 

(obviously happy it but still)

Haha I agree! But I feel like there won't be a rejection letter tho.. Did you email the recruiter? Maybe call her tomorrow to see but yah I reached out through email too but no responses so I had to call ? 

I know how you feel! Did you apply to good sam online? I didn't know they're still interviewing because for regional they have the interviews back in Jan/Feb. Hopefully we can find out today/tomorrow! I want to know if I get it or not but I guess we'll have to reach out for that ?

Ugh so annoying! 
I applied to regional and good Sam back in February! 
On the website about a week ago everything switched from "applied" to "under consideration" for all of the units I applied to. 
 

I guess so!! Crossing my fingers for the both of us, I'll update if I hear anything !

I just got an email and got offered the job! 
I am in SHOCK

OMG CONGRATS!! I haven't heard anything back but I know the ICU only have one spot left and the manager interviewed 13ppl for that one spot ? I won't give up hope until tmr haha lmk how the onboarding process is!!

I know ICU is super super difficult to get into but even if you don't get in now, apply for July cohort! You never know even about this one! Sending you all the Goodluck! I will come back and update ☺️

May I ask what unit you got accepted to? I just got my offer letter for the CVICU position and other paperwork today after talking to the ACNO. I think there is one Neuro SICU position left. I was told by the ACNO that Good Sam only hires 4 new grads for the ICU a year because they prefer to train tele nurses who have already proved themselves ?

I got accepted into the Emergency Department! 

Got all of my paperwork as well today, actually going through it right now haha 

Wow really? I didn't know that! You got it though so be proud of yourself & congratulations. One of my friends brothers works in the ICU and I think its CVICU there and really enjoys it. He started as a new grad and is doing well from what I've heard.

I'm definitely terrified though LOL

When you said you just got your offer letter is it right now or earlier today?? Yeah when I interviewed with the nursing manager she already told me she already have someone for CVICU hahaha welp hello she really likes you ? Congrats btw!!
