HCA Healthcare (GA) New Grad Residency Summer 2020

Hey everyone! I decided to start a thread for new graduate nurses applying to the Summer 2020 cohorts! Next week I'll be starting my final semester and graduating in May with my BSN.

Hopsitals in the HCA system include:

  • Redmond Regional Medical Center (Rome,GA)
  • Cartersville Medical Center
  • Eastside Medical Center (Snellville,GA)

Through their application you can apply to 2 of the 3 hopsitals and you may select and rank your top 3 specialities of interest.

Start dates are as follows:

  • June 15th
  • July 13th
  • August 10th

My top 3 specialities of interest are:

  • ICU
  • ED
  • NICU

It went great! I got offered on two different units. What about you?

Same here! It went great, I loved how laid back they were. Definitely made it easier to talk to them

Im not sure yet. I have interviews this coming week and next. So I’m just waiting to get those over with first before making a decision. How about you? What was your top choice?

I have an interview on the 27th.
