has anyone else applied to the HCA nurse residency, if so we can use this for any updates.

yes I applied and got a response back for a phone interview! do you know anything about the process and what they might ask?

Just here to support everyone. I had an interview for an hca in vegas. They asked me to tell them about myself, why thet specific hospital, and what my five year goals are. Another hca hospital asked me have I dealt with a difficult patient and how did I handle it, what is sometjing you did wrong at work or in clinical and what did you try to improve in in that situation... hope that helps, hca does very similar questions across the board. My friend was asked very similar questions for hca new grad residencies in california. Im waiting to hear back about my interview. Hate the waiting so im here to support whoever. Good luck!
