HBU Nursing program spring 2015

Hey guys! Just wondering if anyone else has applied to the HBU nursing program for the spring of 2015? I'm so excited and nervous! Does anyone have an idea of the usual scale of GPAs or Hesi scores that are accepted at HBU?

Does anyone else still need to take classes towards the degree (other than nursing)? I'm going to see if I can squeeze in any of the Christianity courses before Jan. Hopefully they offer them fast-term.

I'm thinking about taking the Christian Theology in fast-term because it's the only non-nursing course I have left.

I believe we can start signing up within the next few weeks because it starts in January!

I heard you might be able to take Christian Theology at HCC.

Oh good! I still need to take all 9 hours of Christianity courses, plus a Literature course.

Which literature course?

Great works of Literature, which can be American Lit or British Lit, World Lit, etc. I don't know which one I'm going to take yet, but I'll probably take it at HCC.

Take anything you can at HCC.

Also, EVERYONE GET YOUR LOANS AND FINANCIAL AID STRAIGHTENED OUT NOW. I just found because I already have a degree I won't get a lot of scholarships.

You might want to try for a Workforce Solution scholarship. A friend of mine who is in another program just got awarded through them and she has all of her tuition/books/scrubs/gas paid for! I'm going to spend all day Monday applying for as many scholarships as I can. It doesn't hurt to try :up: :nurse:

I have to take all 3 Christianity classes too.
